GSheetMailer is a Chrome extension that helps users send personalized emails from data stored in Google Sheets using their own Gmail account.

We are committed to protecting user privacy and limiting data use to what is strictly necessary to provide the core functionality of the product.

GSheetMailer may access the following Google user data when explicitly authorized by the user:

• Google Sheets data selected by the user
• Gmail sending capability for the user’s own account
• Google Drive file metadata necessary to identify spreadsheets or future attachments

We do not use user data for unrelated purposes.

5. Data Storage

For the current MVP, data is primarily processed locally in the browser extension.

Session-related information or temporary preferences may be stored locally in the browser to keep the extension working properly.

We do not intentionally build a centralized database of user email content for the MVP unless explicitly stated in a future version.

6. User Control

Users control which Google account they connect and which spreadsheet they choose to use.

Users may stop using the extension at any time and revoke access from their Google account permissions page.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect data and to request only the permissions necessary for the core functionality of GSheetMailer.

8. Google API Services Compliance

GSheetMailer’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
